Terms & Conditions

These conditions apply to and govern all contracts for the supply of goods by The Plastic Superstore (“the company”) to any other person (“the customer”) and shall prevail over any inconsistent terms or conditions contained or referred to in the Customer’s Order or in correspondence or elsewhere and any conditions or stipulations to the contrary are hereby excluded. No variation, waiver or addition to these terms shall be valid unless previously agreed in writing by the company. Goods mean the products which the company is to supply. The Delivery Point means the place where the delivery of goods is to take place.

The descriptions, specifications and content provided on our website is provided for general information only and is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. We therefore disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such Content by any visitor to our site, or by anyone who may be informed of any of the Content.

Quotations and tenders by the company shall not constitute offers and the company reserves the right to withdraw or amend the same at any time prior to acceptance of the customer’s order. A quotation remains valid for 5 working days from the date of its instigation. This period may be extended at the discretion of the company.

Unless otherwise specified in the contract prices shall be those ruling at the time of dispatch and the company shall have the right to revise quoted prices to take account of any change in rates of duty, carriage, freight or insurance and raw material cost.

We may modify these terms, for any reason at any time.

Placing an order

You can purchase our products by proceeding through our secure checkout pages.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all product specifications, personal and delivery information provided to us is correct at the point of placing the order.

You can pay for your order using a debit or credit card through Paypal

After you place an order you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order, however this does not mean that your order has been accepted.We will confirm our acceptance of your order by sending you an email that states that your order has been dispatched. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you this email.

If we are unable to provide you with a product (in the event that the product is not in stock or is no longer available) we will inform you of this by email. You will be given the choice of amending or cancelling your order. In the event of cancelling your order we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible, if payment had been taken.
