Clear polycarbonate sheet is a strong, lightweight and highly impact-resistant plastic material commonly used as a tough alternative to glass. It offers excellent transparency while weighing less than half as much as equivalent glass, making it easier to handle, install and fabricate.

For applications where optical clarity and a high-gloss finish are the main priority, clear cast acrylic may be suitable. For applications requiring greater impact resistance, clear polycarbonate is usually the better choice.
