Returns & Refunds

We hope your item arrives in perfect condition but we understand certain unforeseen circumstances arise and you may receive imperfect goods or your order may be wrong. In these circumstances please tell us within 7 days and we will replace your goods or provide a full refund. Please sign for the goods as ‘damaged’ and if possible email a picture with your order number; this will help ensure a quick turnaround for a refund or replacement.

If the Products were delivered to your specified delivery address, you must return the products to us as soon as reasonably practicable and, in any event within 30 days of your cancellation notification; unless the Products are faulty or not as described. If the returning products are not faulty then you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Products to us. Please take care of the products in while they are in your possession and please return them with the protective film still on and prior to the Products being fitted/fixed and/or used (this includes but it is not limited to being fitted to a surface with screws, tapes or other adhesives).

If you have returned the Products to us because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of a defective Product in full, any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.

We refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.

Cut to shape and bespoke orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are incorrect or faulty. Please ensure to double check all measurements and drawings.

CANCELLATION

To cancel a Contract, please contact us in writing, email or telephone immediately. You may wish to keep a copy or note of your cancellation notification for your own records.  If you call or email us to notify us of your cancellation, then your cancellation is effective from the date you telephone or email us. You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for any unused Products and any applicable delivery charges you paid for.  We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 calendar days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation, provided we have received the returned products.  However, this cancellation right does not apply in the case of any made-to-measure, custom-made or customised products or other products excluded under these regulations. Your legal right to cancel an order starts from the date that we accept your order, which is when the Contract between us is formed.  

LIABILITY

We are not liable for any loss of income, profit, markets, reputation, customers, opportunities even if we had knowledge that such damages or loss might arise or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or loss howsoever arising including without limitation breach of contract, negligence, wilful act or default arising under or in connection with the use of our products, or inability to use, our site; or any content displayed on our site.Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. The material displayed on our site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy.

We are not liable if we do not fulfil any obligations towards you as a result of circumstances beyond our control such as (but not limited to) acts of God (earthquakes, cyclones, storms, fire, disease, fog, snow, frost);  force majeure (war, accidents, strikes, disputes or civil commotions)  national or local disruptions in transportation networks mechanical problems to transport or machinery

If any license or consent of any government or other authority shall be required for the purchase of the goods the customer shall obtain such license and if necessary or so required produce evidence of the same to the company on demand.

Any information held either electronically or in paper form will be maintained solely at the company’s premises and not supplied to any third party other than members of The Plastic Superstore.

You must not use any part of the Content on our site for commercial purposes without notifying us of your intentions and obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.

The following material is prohibited, either posting to or from this website.- Threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which could cause annoyance or inconvenience; For which you do not have the necessary licences, permission and/or approvals; which may constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise be contrary to the law of or infringe the rights of any third party, in the UK or any other country in the world; or which is technically harmful (including, without limitation, computer viruses, harmful components, corrupt data or other malicious software or harmful data).

We are duty bound to hand any photos of a dubious nature to the relevant authorities.

The images of the Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Whilst we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s/device’s display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Products. Should you require exact colour codes for any of our products please contact us.

If you are a business customer we only supply products for internal use by your business and you agree not to use the products for any re-sale purposes. We will not be liable for loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue; loss of data; loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

Any registered and unregistered trademarks or service marks on our site are the property of their respective owners.  We give no permission for the use of these trade or service marks, and such use may constitute an infringement of our rights.  Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not endorse and are not affiliated with any of the holders of any such rights and as such we cannot grant any licence to exercise such rights.
